1. Service identification
The digital service is offered under the MoviePux brand and operated by MoviePux. This policy explains subscription, billing, renewal, catalog access and cancellation rules.
2. Subscription, price and access
A paid subscription provides access to the catalog according to the selected plan while the account remains in good standing. The price, billing interval and any promotional terms shown during checkout are part of the purchase.
The standard monthly plan is currently $9.99/month. If an annual plan is offered, its price and renewal interval will be clearly displayed before payment.
Coupons, introductory prices and promotional discounts apply only to the payment or billing period explicitly described in the offer. Unless checkout states otherwise, future renewals are charged at the regular price for the selected plan.
The customer must provide accurate information and use a payment method they are authorized to use. Failed payments, chargebacks, disputes, cancellations or suspected fraud may suspend access.
3. Stripe billing and recurring payments
Payments for this international version are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars (USD). By choosing a recurring subscription and completing checkout, the customer authorizes Stripe to charge the selected payment method at the billing interval shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
MoviePux does not need to store the complete card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment credentials. The platform may retain technical transaction identifiers, billing status, payment references and other data reasonably required for reconciliation, customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
4. Subscription cancellation
The account holder can manage or request cancellation from My Subscription → Subscription options, also available through the account menu.
Once cancellation is confirmed, future recurring charges are stopped according to the status returned by Stripe. Depending on the cancellation mode presented in the account, access may end immediately or at the end of the already-paid billing period. The final status displayed in My Subscription controls access.
Order and billing records may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audits and legal obligations.
5. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights
Refund requests, duplicate charges, unauthorized-payment claims and billing disputes should be submitted through the official support channel with enough information to locate the transaction. Requests are reviewed according to the applicable law, Stripe payment status and the access already provided.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.
6. Suspension, failed billing and expiration
Access may be suspended or ended after cancellation, failed renewal, unpaid charges, a payment dispute or chargeback, expiration of the purchased period, suspected fraud, abuse of the service, violation of these terms or a legal requirement.
A suspended, expired or cancelled subscription does not provide access to subscriber-only playback or other paid features until valid access is restored.
7. Screens and access codes
When included in the selected plan, the account holder may create up to 1 additional screen access code(s), unless a different limit is shown in the account. Each code may be restricted to one active session at a time and can be reset or revoked by the account holder.
The account holder is responsible for people who receive an access code. Resale, public sharing, automated use or attempts to bypass plan limits may result in code revocation or account restrictions.
8. Security and fraud prevention
To protect accounts and transactions, the service may process limited technical records, payment references, billing events, access logs, device/session information and other information reasonably necessary to prevent abuse and maintain service integrity.
9. Catalog and availability
The catalog, titles, artwork, playback availability and product features may change due to licensing, rights, quality, security, technical or operational reasons. The service aims to remain available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of networks, devices, third-party services or external video platforms.
10. Privacy and transactional communications
Account and transaction data may be used to provide the service, process payments, grant access, prevent fraud, handle support requests and meet legal obligations. Customers may receive transactional messages about registration, orders, payments, subscriptions, password recovery, billing issues and cancellation.
11. Support and policy updates
Support requests should be submitted through the official contact channels published on the site.
This policy may be updated when the service, plans, billing flow or legal requirements materially change. The version made available to the customer at the relevant time applies subject to mandatory law.
